West Central Florida - Commercial / Industrial roof repairs. Preventive Maintenance is designed for each roof specifically.
Pinellas County - Flat Roofs, Metal Roofs and Tile roofs are installed on residential roofs in pinellas county. We also provide the same work to Commercial / Industrial work as described above.

It is our understanding that some of the larger roofing corporations, exclusive to commercial / industrial roofing, typically cannot respond as quickly to repair a leaking roof as we can.
We are open to only providing temporary leak repair; or because the existing roof is under warranty by another company. The work we complete will be documented and provided to the building owner.

Thunder Bay Corp. offers the following services:
  • Roofing: Tile Roofs (clay and concrete), Metal roofs (8 styles and 40 colors), and flat roofs (all types and many options available).
  • Concrete Pavers for: driveways, decks, porches, patio's, sidewalks.
  • Exterior Waterproofing: The experience we have with waterproofing roofs and the appropriate products required are utilized and apparent. Once waterproofing is complete color coat/s are applied.
  • Insulation: Since we have the equipment needed to apply Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) on rooftops, we have the ability to apply this SPF to the underside of the roof inside of the attic. Once complete, the attic is airtight. Sorry, we do not provide blow-in insulation or the removal of existing insulation.
  • Sheet Metal: We have the ability to fabricate sheet metal specific to the project requirements, on site. Steel is fabricated in our warehouse for use on trucks/trailers.
