• Roof Coatings - We will evaluate the existing roof surface and will provide you with a few options, explain the difference between the low solid coating and the high solids coatings, and offer pricing for each. 
• Commercial Roofing Replacement: Thunder Bay Roofing is located in St. Petersburg, FL and we replace flat roofs and sloped roofs on commercial properties from Naples to Crystal River and east to Lakeland. Large flat roofs, tile roofs, metal roofs and shingle roofs are replaced efficiently and with minimal imapct on the building occupants by following a few standard practices.
  

• Tile Roofs (clay and concrete), Metal roofs (8 styles and 40 colors), and flat roofs (all types and many options available).
  
• Shingle Roofs installed are approved by the "Florida Building Code". The Florida Building Code regulates the roofing material manufacturers.
• Neglected flat roofs will cost more money in the long run than flat roofs that have been maintained through periodic roofing maintenance. Periodic roofing maintenance is inexpensive insurance over the long haul and can identify and correct roofing problems before they become large issues.

• Our roofing experience has led Thunder Bay to many waterproofing situations. For example; we have identified water intrusion through cracks in masonry vertical walls, doors and windows next to roofs, and have provided our clients with long term solutions. Long term solutions are not effectively implemented with a tube of caulking. Sealing cracks with a tube of caulking will last for a short time but will eventually fall to the wayside and cause more damage and cost more money than most want to think about. The root cause of masonry cracking must be identified and corrected as soon as possible. This is the most cost effective long term solution. 

• Thunder Bay Inc applies Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) on rooftops, and so we have the ability to apply this SPF to the underside of the roof decking/substrate, inside of the attic. Once complete, the attic is airtight. Sorry, we do not provide blow-in insulation or the removal of existing insulation.

• Sheet Metal Fabrication is completed either in our warehouse or on-site, specific to the project requirements. Steel is fabricated in our warehouse for use on trucks/trailers.
